Kære borger i Holbæk Kommune

Som i resten af landet har smittetrykket de sidste uger været stigende i vores kommune. I lang tid har vi ligget under landsgennemsnittet, men nu er vi på et for højt niveau. Derfor skriver vi som samlet Kommunalbestyrelse til dig nu med en klar opfordring: Pas godt på dig selv og hinanden og hold fast i at følge restriktionerne og sundhedsmyndighedernes anbefalinger.

Vi håber, at du vil være med til at gøre dit til, at vi får bremset spredningen af coronavirus. En spredning, der foregår både geografisk og aldersmæssigt over hele kommunen. Så det er ikke lokaliseret til bestemte lokalområder og grupper.

Det betyder i endnu højere grad, at vi skal passe godt på hinanden, og særligt på dem, der er sårbare. På trods af afsavn og begrænsninger i hverdagen har I borgere allerede bevist, at I kan dette. Det vil vi som Kommunalbestyrelse gerne benytte lejligheden til at takke jer for.

Vi oplever alle, at det til tider kan være en frustrerende og udfordrende tid, som vi befinder os i. Specielt når der ikke er sat en udløbsdato på. Vi skal og må dog tage situationen alvorligt. For hinandens skyld. Derfor gælder det fortsat om at holde afstand, bruge håndsprit og mundbind, vaske hænder og undgå at mødes med for mange forskellige. Kort sagt: Fortsætte med at passe på hinanden.

Det gælder også over for vores lokale erhvervs- og kulturliv. De har brug for os. Bliv ved med at støtte erhvervs- og kulturlivet ved at handle lokalt.

As in the rest of Denmark, the infection pressure has been increasing in recent weeks in our municipality. For a long time, we have been below the national average, but now we have reached too high a level. That is why we, as the entire Municipal Council, are writing to you with a clear message: Take good care of yourself and each other and keep following the restrictions and the health authorities' recommendations.

We hope that you will help us to slow down the spread of coronavirus. A spread that takes place both geographically and in terms of age throughout the municipality. Iit is not localized to specific local areas and groups.

This means that we need to take good care of each other, and especially those, who are vulnerable. Despite deprivation and limitations in everyday life, you as citizen have already proven that you can do this. As the Municipal Council, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your effort.

At times, we all experience the frustrating and challenging time that we live in. Especially when no expiration date has been set. However, we must consider the seriousness of the situation. For each other's sake. Therefore, it is still important to keep your distance, use hand sanitiser and face mask, wash your hands and avoid socializing with too many different people. In short: Continue to take care of each other.

This also applies to our local businesses and cultural life. They need us. Continue to support businesses and our culture life by shopping locally.
